I have experienced the best and the worst. Over ten years ago I had a scalp reduction which can only be described as the most painful experience of my life. The incision was joined with metal staples which were uncomfortable and unsightly. In recent years my continued receding hairline enhanced the visible scarring from this procedure. With some trepidation I looked to address this and further improve my appearance. The major benefit was the lack of pain in the procedure, and the quick rate of healing. I am sure that the two levels of suturing contributed to this. The final result is a natural looking hairline. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!

I would like to say a very big thank you for performing my recent hair transplant in Melbourne. I was really touched by the teams effort and oneness to understand and produce my desired result (this is still some time away but I just wanted to express my gratitude thus far).
I asked Dr Martinick if I could write a testimonial. I really wanted to (she told me she has never asked anyone for a testimonial, so I thought I’d write one).
From my initial consultation with Bianca in Melbourne who introduced me to the open and honest education of Dr Martinick’s techniques, to the girls assisting right through to Dr Martinick, the care and willingness to understand my desired result really did touch me and does make this team unique. This was evident the morning of my procedure. What I admired is that Dr Martinick included her team in this so everyone in the room would understand my expectations and concerns. I had a million questions as always, however this was no problem.
Once the procedure begun with an injection, the staff were very supportive, from Bianca who was holding my hand with reassurance, to Dr Martinick and her team keeping the mood light and reassuring. This made me feel that I was in safe hands and that I made the correct choice in choosing this team. The team’s professional approach really is second to none.
On Dr Martinick, I really had done extensive research before the procedure and I can honestly say that firstly, you just have to meet her to feel her passion for creating and developing the best possible transplant. Also her dedication on the development side and the fact that she is involved in the whole procedure, unlike other transplant doctors, shows that she really does have control over the procedure at all times. She is a pioneer of the industry, (you can probable tell I find this industry exciting, and it is) and has developed unique methods which she has shared with surgeons world-wide. I like to think Dr Martinick as a cross between a surgeon and a artist as she understands both the surgical and aesthetic aspect very well (I recommend searching her credentials over the internet, they re pretty impressive – she was actually the world’s first woman hair transplant doctor too – just a bit of history for you).
One unique thing that convinced me to have the procedure performed with Dr Martinick was that she was the only person who really took the time to understand my needs in the consultation. Having said that I met with other doctors who spent time with me, but I felt that Dr Martinick really went beyond the others to understand what I was trying to achieve. She also pointed out other information that I did not consider at that time. For one example, my view to include the long term as I age.
That aside, I can honestly say that I couldn’t have been happier at the care and attention that went into my procedure and I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Martinick and the team at New Hair Clinic. In fact I wouldn’t use any other doctor, which includes doctors abroad (which I also investigated). We are lucky to have the New Hair operating headquarters in Australia, headed by Dr Martinick with her team of course.
Finally, my deepest gratitude goes out to all staff who participated in my procedure.

It gives me great pleasure to also thank all your wonderful and caring team members for their dedication, professionalism and most importantly the personal touch extended especially for those of us you travel from abroad. It really made me felt at home and being looked after.
My post op looks good. I am very satisfied with the way the grafts being carefully and intelligently allocated around the areas that matter most to me. Surprising there is no pain even on my donor area where the stitches are. I am back to normal life in 3-4 days!!

I wanted to let you know how I feel about the whole experience I had with you and your team in Bondi at the beginning of the month and to say that it was fantastic.
