Committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients, we at New Hair Clinic, want to ensure that no one is disadvantaged by those who don’t show up to appointments or cancel without sufficient notice.

If someone can’t attend an appointment our doctors would like the opportunity to make that time available to the many other patients who are waiting for a professional consultation.

To meet this objective we are now implementing an appointment/cancellation policy starting on 01 April 2017.

Cancellation/Rescheduling of an Appointment

We, at New Hair Clinic, are committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients. Patients cancelling without enough notice prevent another patient from getting a much needed treatment.

Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations, a $150 booking fee will be required to schedule an appointment.

Please call 1800 694 481 by 4:00 p.m. seven (7) days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.

Appointments are in high demand. Your early cancellation will give another patient access to a one-on-one consultation by our experienced, world-renowned surgeon. Late cancellation will be considered a “no show”.

No Show Policy

A no show is someone who is not present at the time of his appointment. Similarly, no show does not provide adequate notification. We allocate the time just for you and we don’t want to charge you the cancellation fee. Accordingly, we suggest that you keep the appointment if at all possible.

Charge for Late Cancellation and No Show

We will reserve a one hour consultation for you when you book with our Australian doctors. Our doctors provide comprehensive information on medically proven hair loss solution.

As with all quality time spent with professionals, this valuable service costs $150. Booking an appointment requires an outright credit card payment.

When you proceed with a hair transplant, we will deduct the $150 booking fee from the overall cost.

No show and failure to give advance cancellation will result in a non-refundable forfeiture of the booking fee.
